The Founder's Block Sauvignon Blanc has a history dating back to 1980 when our winemaker began creating this winestyle in Coonawarra. It has delicious and fresh varietal character with subtle herbaceous notes, light gooseberry and fresh tropical and citrus flavours. Intensely flavoured with a zesty and lingering finish.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Pale straw with green tinges. Nose: Wine shows lovely freshness, hints of green apple and guava. Palate: This fresh, youthful Sauvignon Blanc is balanced and textural, showing hints of citrus, lychee with a lovely savory finish.

Try with grilled octopus and seasonal salad or for a vegan option, try sesame-crusted tofu with spring vegetable salad.
